Details
On 13/04/2025 a mobile court was conducted in Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College Gate area of Bogra district in the joint initiative of Drug Administration, Bogra and District Administration, Bogra. 03 pharmacies were fined a total of Rs.6,000/- under Sections 40(b), 40(c) and 40(d) of the Drug and Cosmetics Act-2023 for storing expired medicines and physician samples and selling antibiotics without the prescription of a registered physician. Medicines worth approximately Tk 2,000 were also seized during the raid.
